I think you are sooooo wrong about it "needing to connect" and that "being like them" I think youre saying nothing right now. They had that UA-cam attempt and have admitted they didnt even know where it was going for the first few episodes, this is that with a full budget. Thats it, I think it would be so pointless and dumb to connect it more then they did, things like the meat guy cameo is cool but idk what you actually want past that

I don't get why you think this is like in the same story as the original. I felt like it was very clear that this is like a loop of some sort, or an alternative dimension like Deltarune to Undertale or something. Either way they arent expecting the people watching this to have seen the original, theres the occasional reference for fun, in case you DID watch it, but a show like this is geared so someone who didnt see the short series can watch it and get the same amount out of it, as someone like you or me that DID see it.

10:40 This episode made me realize, Both seasons have had Pim's left arm be affected with something, in Season 1 in the Salty's episode when the Fun Twinz spit up that acidic substance that leaves a VERY nasty rash on his arm for the rest of the episode, now here with that Black Goo leaving those black veins, Pim's atm.has remarkable healing (unless it gets addressed in a future episode)

What do you think about it I don’t think I actually have ever seen an owl in person, which Is the same since they’re very cute and cool. I do agree with you on this episode though. It is definitely one of the weaker ones of the season. Like you said there weren’t very many jokes and most of the ones they did say didn’t really land with me. The flat earth brick joke was probably the best joke in the series tho.

from what i understand of angels info. angel is a son of a mob boss who died in 1947 by a drug overdose he also is gay. so most likely him being in hell is a mix of being in the "family business" ( and considering he abandoned that to become a pornstar in hell he probably didnt wanna do it)being gay in a time when it was considered wrong (not saying being gay sent him to hell the "wrong" part probably lead him to do things to send him to hell, like drugs and killing himself probably had him sent straight here
